Description
- Designed to minimize friction and shearing of the skin
- Vapor permeable to facilitate moisture removal into the airflow away from the mattress
- Perspiration vacates through the mattress cover surface and/or the patient’s bed boundary

Features of ObboMed’s multi-layered mattress:
- Therapy of 10” Alternating with Patented 15° Self-Rotation* and Low Air Loss up to 16 LPM for stages 1-4 pressure ulcer, This mattress has cone-shaped air cells that automatically produce a 15° self-lateral rotation while in Alternating mode to enable regular movement necessary for circulation and increased comfort.
- 24-hour Power Outage Protection (bottom layer stays inflated if air hose remains connected to Control Unit). Sets of audio and visual warning signals if power outage and/or when air pressure is low
- Fowler/Seating is designed to increase support in the seat/torso section of the mattress. When the head of the bed is raised, the fowler is intended to prevent any potential risk of patients from “bottoming out.”
- This System defaults to “Alternating” mode automatically after Max inflate or 1-hour in Static Mode to avoid caregivers’ negligence to change setting
