Journey UPbed Standard Sleep To Stand Adjustable 4-in-1 Bed

It's a good bed and adjustable movementshelp us out a lot. We have 2 but because of the frame under the bed. A medical table is impossible to fit. Also the bed is quite heavy.

I purchased the bed on 3/10 & received it on 3/29. Right out of the box for assembling, the motor worked once & died immediately. I contacted customer service & was directed to many phone number, which did not fix the bed. For the bed worth more than $2,000 it does NOT meet the basic standard of operating. Because it is the medical bed, they do not allow return. So my disable sister can't use & I can't purchase a working one for her! This is BEYOND enrage
