- The Dolphin is covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and material (Other than breakable material).
- The warranty is void if the CASING of the unit has been opened, interfered with or damaged.
- We do not cover the shipping fee for sending the device(s) back to us.
- We charge Admin Fee of $30 per unit + shipping + tax (if applicable) for servicing the device(s) with an expired warranty.
- Battery Issue (Under warranty): If the device(s) is found with only battery issue during Technician's inspection, there will be a charge for the shipping + tax (if applicable).
- Depending on the Technician's Report, we will be contacting you regarding the next steps
- Returns will not be processed if the RMA form (attached to the email to be sent once submitted) is not enclosed with your unit/s.
