Overall , I am pleased with my new bed, I am now capable of getting in and out of bed on my own as a person with one functioning arm. Your customer service was great and the product works as it should. The professional set up an installation is just a local handyman who's unfamiliar with your product That's okay he got it done, despite the terrible photos in the instructions. My biggest problem is the lumbar support when lifting up in the bed. It's terribly uncomfortable but still manageable. I'm just glad I don't have a bad back.
